The two electric winches arrived at the Port of Busan, South Korea on May 20. Our customer was very satisfied after receiving the goods and sighed at the speed of China. It is reported that these will soon be applied to ship with a loading weight of 50 ton according to the previous layout.Its rated load of the winch is 10 ton, rope capacity is up to 600 meters, and the 26mm diameter IWRC JIS3525 steel wire rope is used,which were all rolled up on winch drum before delivery.

In terms of configuration, according to customer requirements, motors with protection grade of IP55 for marine special use is adopted, which is resistant to moisture and corrosion, and has a long operating life of the motor.In order to prevent the rope from being disordered during use, a rope arranging device is added. The power provided by the gear box of the reduction box drives the reciprocating linear motion of the rope arranging mechanism, so that the wire ropes can be neatly arranged on the hoist drum.
